I know what it's like to be out of shape.
I used to be very overweight, and felt just how much being unhealthy and unhappy with our body can negatively impact our whole life! I felt heavy and sluggish. My body was a huge source of feeling bad about myself, and feeling unattractive and isolated from everyone else.
When I got into dance, body sculpting with weights, cardio workouts and nutrition, I finally was able to lose the excess weight. I felt lighter, more energized, and so much better about myself. I loved working out and learning how to develop a strong, healthy, defined physique.
It ignited a lifelong passion for fitness, and I got certified to teach group fitness classes and to train individual clients,
As a personal trainer, I have done 3416 training
sessions and counting.
As a group fitness instructor, I have taught
14,208 classes and counting.
I feel so blessed to get to share with others what has helped me turn things around, and see them get into it and change their bodies and lives, too!
